We act as an introducer or referral partner, helping connect customers with finance professionals and product providers that may be relevant to their requirements and circumstances. Where appropriate, we may refer or introduce your enquiry to one or more brokers, lenders, aggregators or Product Providers to assist in assessing or facilitating finance options.

3. What we collect

  • phone number and email

  • identification details (for example, driver licence or passport)

Financial and application information

  • income, expenses, assets, liabilities

  • bank statements and supporting documents

6. Anonymity and pseudonymity

Due to identity verification, fraud prevention and (where applicable) credit-related obligations, we cannot provide finance assistance anonymously or under a pseudonym.

If you apply for finance, we may:

  • collect credit-related information from you and from CRBs (where authorised),

  • disclose information to Product Providers and they may disclose information to CRBs,

  • use that information to assess your application and eligibility.

  • Product Providers (lenders, lessors, insurers and other credit providers) 

  • brokers and aggregators involved in placing or managing your application 

  • any person who is a guarantor or proposes to be a guarantor

  • service providers enabling us to place, process, support or manage your application (including document collection, bank statement analysis, open banking style data providers, e-signature tools, and CRM platforms) 

  • your nominated parties (for example accountants, financial advisers, solicitors, bankers, brokers, trade references) where you authorise us to contact them to verify information or obtain supporting documents 

  • the person or entity that referred you to us, including sharing application progress where it is relevant and permitted (see section 9) 

  • professional advisers and support services (including accountants, auditors, valuers, conveyancers, legal advisers, insurers, and mailing or communications providers), where reasonably necessary

  • industry bodies, external dispute resolution schemes, tribunals or courts in connection with complaints, disputes, investigations or compliance matters 

  • regulators, government agencies and law enforcement where required or authorised by law

  • any party considering acquiring an interest in our business or assets (for example, due diligence), subject to confidentiality safeguards

We do not sell your personal information.
